(Skagit County)- The Humane Society of Skagit County reminds pet owners the Fourth of July is Friday. 

The holiday noise causes stress for some animals.  July 5th is the busiest day of the year in shelters.  If fireworks upset your critters, make sure someone is with them. 

Your veterinarian may recommend tranquilizers.
