SW police officer won’t face charges

(SEDRO-WOOLLEY)- A Sedro-Woolley police officer will not face charges in the shooting death of Donald Humphries, last month.  An investigation by the Skagit County Sheriff’s Department has ruled the shooting by officer Adam Musgrove justified.
