(MOUNT VERNON)- The Mount Vernon City Council meets tonight at 7 o’clock to hear a presentation by a Federal Emergency Management Agency Region 10 official in the Police and Courts building.  Prior to the council meeting, the public works committee meets at 6 o’clock.
