(SEDRO-WOOLLEY)— The Sedro-Woolley City Council will discuss a resolution on the final plat approval for the plat for Zoey’s Place when they meet tonight.

They will also discuss a PUD Water Utility Franchise Ordinance when they meet tonight at 7 o’clock in Council Chambers at Sedro-Woolley City Hall at 325 Metcalf Street.
